• the Country Guide;
• the world map;
• the GeoGenius Explorer (Digital Companion).

The site may be used for personal, family and educational purposes.

The following is not permitted:

• copying or distributing the content without authorisation;
• modifying copyright-protected material;
• using GeoGenius for commercial purposes without written authorisation.

All GeoGenius content, including:

• the GeoGenius name;
• the logo;
• the graphic design;
• the illustrations;
• the rules;
• the Country Guide;
• the cards;
• the maps;
• the Digital Companion content;

is protected by copyright.

The GeoGenius Explorer must be used under the supervision of a parent or guardian.

The email address used to register must belong to a responsible adult.

GeoGenius may add new features in the future.

Some features may require a one-time payment to unlock additional content.

No payment will ever be charged without informing the user beforehand.

GeoGenius has been developed for educational purposes.

Although we work to keep the information up to date, some data (population, for example) may change over time.

We work to keep the site available at all times.

We cannot, however, guarantee uninterrupted operation.

We may update these Terms of Use to reflect new features of the site or of the Digital Companion.
